Job Responsibilities : 1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical
specs.
2. Engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document
requirements.
3. Collaborate with teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
4. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance
efficiency.
5. Develop test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing for
validation.
B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)
Experience Requirement :3 - 8 years
Skills & Competencies : 1. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
for effective problem analysis.
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for
clear and concise documentation and stakeholder interaction.
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in business analysis tools and
techniques, such as UML and SQL.
4. Problem Solving: Effective problem-solving and decision-making
skills.
5. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams to achieve project goals.
6. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy
in documentation and analysis.
