The Business Analyst is responsible for discovering, evaluating, and prioritizing Intelligent automation opportunities within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RPA and IA solutions that streamline processes and improve productivity. This is a business-facing role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, process workflows, and data to identify areas for process improvement and automation. Develop comprehensive business and functional requirements documentation.Conduct workshops and assess feasibility of processes from IA stand point.Assess the complexity of the process, analyze the ROI, perform the technical feasibility, and create business case for the identified use case.Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates on project progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RPA and process optimization. Proactively identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.Celonis experience is an added advantage. Leverage your Celonis expertise to analyze and optimize business processes. Use Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8 years of experience in Business analysis with a minimum of 4 years in an RPA Business Analyst role.Ability to understand business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and gather and document requirements.Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for process design, requirements, and test cases.Managing relationships with business users, developers, and other project stakeholders is critical to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of successfully delivering RPA and process optimization projects.Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.Desired Qualifications
