Job Summary\: 

We are looking for an experienced Business or Data analyst with knowledge on AI & MLL technologies who can help us delivery exciting tech projects for entire Power systems & services CS&Q team.

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business data, identifying insights, areas for improvement, and support in implementing team’s AI and MLL solutions. The role will also be bFO Delegated Admin for PS&S CS&Q global team. This role requires a strong foundation in business/data analysis, experience in Salesforce (bFO & bFS), BI Visualization coupled with advanced knowledge of AI and ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities\:

·  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data & business requirements.

·  Extract & Analyze data from large sets of data from different sources & provide stakeholders with formatted data & insights as required by the stakeholders

·  Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations. Publish monthly, weekly reports.

·  Act as bFO Delegated admin for PS&S CS&Q global team, which includes\:

Participate to the Delegated Admin monthly calls, manage users, manage views & public groups, manage the business data, manage local reports and dashboards, technical support (support technical questions and route to the next level if necessary, on Remedy L2 queues)
