This role supports the planning function by maintaining master data and ensuring process control within ERP systems used across the franchise. It focuses on execution activities, particularly in managing Bills of Material (BOMs), supporting engineering and quality changes, and ensuring system accuracy. While this position does not have direct people management responsibilities, it plays a critical role in enabling efficient supply chain operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a system expert for operational platforms such as JDE, AS400, and Master-Control.Act as a trainer for materials-related procedures, onboarding new hires, and sharing industry best practices.Provide subject matter expertise in ERP systems, particularly in relation to supply chain and inventory management.Lead assigned projects related to system or process improvements.Support new product introductions by ensuring system and procedural readiness.Assist with the implementation of engineering changes (ECOs), deviations, and component updates.Configure, test, and troubleshoot ERP applications to meet evolving business needs.Deliver day-to-day ERP support for both operational and divisional teams.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement productivity improvements.Maintain accurate ERP data fields, including lead times and engineering specifications, in support of supply and materials planning.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing-related disciplines.Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning or execution roles; recent graduates may also be considered.Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including data maintenance and configuration.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $61.00/hr.
