**Overview** BUISNESS ANALYST (HITS-R): Bowhead seeks a Business Analyst to support the HITS-R contract headquartered in San Diego, CA. Bowhead will provide the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) with technical and professional support elements required for the operation of the HPCMP Office (HPCMPO) in all phases of planning and execution of its mission, including: technical and administrative support in all areas of program activity, program management support, meeting facilities and office environment, to include a complete telecommunications and computer systems capability and full logistical services. **Responsibilities** + Implement a prototype for a fenced-off Large Language AI model (LLMs) such as Llama for potential CREATE purposes + Assess fenced-off Large Language model for CREATE user documents. For demonstration can use open-source codes and their documents. + Evaluate how well such LLMs perform for user-specific material such as manuals and tutorials + Evaluate how well the LLMs perform for setting up use-cases and input files + Document and present the software stack to achieve the LLM and requirements for implementation with CREATE servers. **Qualifications** + BA/S in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field is preferred. + Experience with Python, software engineering. + Experience with AI software stacks - TensorFlow or Pytorch, and prior engineering AI applications. + Experience with Large Language model implementation is a plus. + Intermediate-to-advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite—Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. + Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts. + Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Top Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
