Job Duties:
Manage customer requests and requirements. Responsible for research, analysis and evaluation to determine needed requirement. Create requirement documentation and supporting project documentation. Develop and complete testing requirements and obtain necessary approval for project implementation. Own a project from analysis phase to implementation phase with minimal support from immediate supervisors. Serve as escalation point for issues addressed during project lifecycle. Able to work independently to identify root cause of issue and enact appropriate solution accordingly. Develop and maintain relationship with Business Owners ensuring expectations are met for project implementation. Participate in creating, administering, and continuously updating procedures for resolution of all related issues. Communicate effectively with all levels including both technical and non-technical staff, internal and external. Must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical people. Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - RequiredRequired Skills: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in business analysis/reporting including gathering & documentation of data. Knowledge in Microsoft SQL, PowerBI environment, Salesforce data structures would be an advantage. Preferably with experience in managing large and complex projects.
