Kforce has a client in Jupiter, FL that is seeking a highly analytical and communicative Business Analyst with proven experience in data mapping, SQL, and stakeholder engagement. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring data integrity and alignment across systems while driving strategic initiatives through clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to gather, analyze, and document business requirements * Perform detailed data mapping between source and target systems to support data migration, integration, and transformation efforts * Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data across multiple databases * Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation * Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and clarify requirements * Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, data dictionaries, and business rules * Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in current business processes and data structures * Support testing and validation efforts to ensure data accuracy and system functionality * Should maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, mainly product owner and business users of the organization, making sure that everyone's perspectives are considered and addressed; This involves engaging with various stakeholders, including managers, team members, clients, vendors, business users - effectively managing their expectations, ensuring continuous communication, and acting as a liaison between product owner, users and developers * Senior Business Analyst is expected to plan and facilitate workshops and meetings, helping stakeholders identify problems and understand needs and guiding them through the decision-making and change management processes
