PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
✓ Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
✓ Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
✓ Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
✓ Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
✓ Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
✓ Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
✓ Acts as a liaison between business and IT groups.
✓ Designing and documentation of new system features
✓ Creating monthly performance reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
✓ Preferably an IT or Business-related course or equivalent
✓ With at least 3-4 years experience in business analysis
✓ Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
✓ Good documentation, presentation & communication skills
✓ Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
✓ Ability to multitask
✓ Effective Communication and Leadership Skills
✓ Problem Solving and Analytical thinking skills
✓ Self-starter and resourceful
✓ Thinking out of the box
