We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience for our esteemed client, Amaris Consulting. This is an Undetermined Duration Contract position based in the vibrant city of Singapore.

Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business objectives and identify potential improvements in business operations and processes.

Analyze complex data sets to draw insights and support decision making.

Create detailed business analysis documents, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the organization's business domain.

Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes and advise stakeholders on optimum implementation strategies.

Coordinate with IT teams to ensure that designed solutions meet both user requirements and technical constraints.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, methodologies, best practices etc., relevant to the role of a Business Analyst within the consulting field.

Foster strong relationships through effective communication with internal teams as well as external partners or clients when necessary.

About You

The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also has exceptional analytical thinking skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities. Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels will set you apart from others.

You have between 4-10 years' experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role within IT/Consulting sector.

You have some experience working within financial institutions (preferably).

You possess excellent problem-solving skills; able to analyze complex data sets efficiently.

Your written & verbal communication skills are top-notch; you can articulate complex ideas clearly & effectively.

You're adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention-to-detail.

You have a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Your ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels is commendable.

You're comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key.
