As a startup, Roots Automation offers a high-paced environment with ample growth and learning opportunities across multiple disciplines. This role will directly interact with customers (SMEs/Business Process Owners), Engineering (AI, Automation & Cloud), and Senior Management.\

This role will develop process-specific automation solutions as well as play a key role in improving and developing the as-a-service automation framework Roots provides our customers.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

•Translate business requirements into technical requirements
•Analyze inputs to the digital coworker to finetune data extraction requirements and ensure adequate training samples are provided to the AI team
•Lead process review sessions with stakeholders to understand baseline requirements and updates needed for the future state
•Create user stories and requirement documentation to ensure alignment between Roots and our customers
•Collaborate with a Project Manager and Engineering during the training, testing, and deploying of digital coworkers

Qualifications:

•Experience analyzing and documenting processes for automation preferred
•Exceptional business analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
•Track record of following through on commitments
•Tableau, Jira, and Confluence experience are preferred
•4 years of experience preferred
