You Are:
This position is for a Workday time, absence, and/or payroll functional analyst with prior project management experience who can assist the Applied Domain Lead with various technical and administrative tasks on multiple projects of differing sizes.
The opportunity:
· Act as an Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll SME, providing technical expertise to cross functional project teams.
· Understand the project's business requirements and timelines in order to deliver quality solutions while meeting the project's go live dates.
· Lead the configuration (and/or provide support to consultants) of Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, Reporting, and Integrations to modify current configuration to support new processes.
· Participates as a key contributor in project plan, design, build, test, and deploy phases including: contributing to task planning and prioritization, executing on assigned tasks and deliverables, and communicating progress and status in a timely manner.
· Perform architectural, technical, and functional analysis in order to meet Applied's project management process requirements and deliverables.
· Complete various project administration tasks leveraging functional understanding of the project as well as prior PMM (waterfall) experience.

What you need:
· Minimum 3 years of Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management experience in an analyst, configurator, or technical lead role.
· Must have a minimum of two full Time Tracking and/or Absence Management projects experience (design through go-live).
· Must be able to demonstrate a working understanding of project management utilizing PMM (waterfall) methodologies.
· Must be able to demonstrate Time Tracking and Absence Management technical expertise.
· Familiarity with all time and absence domain components is required: configuration, business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.
· General familiarity with time clock operations and support in a Workday environment is required.
· Good understanding of general payroll concepts and processes is required.
· Exposure to Workday native API/webservices such as Get Workers or Put Time Clock Events.
· Must be able to extrapolate architectural, technical, functional, and procedural information from various sources and interpret them into documentation required for various project administration deliverables.
· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary project team. –
· Excellent Communication skills.
· Self-starter and proactive, including managing deliverables, able to work independently, understanding timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance.
· Strongly preferred
· Expertise configuring or supporting the dormakaba Bcomm time clock system.
· Expertise in building or supporting complex custom Workday integrations.
· Experience leading Workday testing and defect management/resolution.
· Knowledge of differing regional time, absence, and payroll customs.
· Nice to Have '- Time Administrator or Payroll Administrator, or related experience.
· Experience working on a Workday Payroll deployment.
· PMM certification or Agile/SCRUM certification.
· Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance (or related subjects) college degree
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $68,000-$102,000

Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
