Job Description:

Daily Tasks Performed CAD/PLM Application Support: Engage with various departmental design teams to resolve their CAD/PLM application issues, including Teamcenter, NX, 3DExperience, and CATIA V61.   Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Teamcenter, NX, 3DExperience, and CATIA V62. Data Management & Collaboration: Facilitate data sharing and management with partner companies. Support Unit, Department Projects on 3DExperience CATIA V6, NX and Coordinate issues with Honda Motor Japan IT. Understand and convert different CAD formats. Technical Coordination & Maintenance: Manage the installation and updates of NX and Teamcenter. Collaborate with Honda’s departments for effective IT support. Reporting & Documentation: Compile weekly support activity reports for management. Develop and maintain documentation and installation procedures. Qualification:

 

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. 5-6 years of experience with CAD/PLM tools like Teamcenter, NX, 3DExperience, and CATIA V64. Proficiency in NX large assembly management, CATIA V5/V6 (3D Experience) modeling, and advanced data exchange methods5. Experience in design using Teamcenter/NX applications and 3D Experience is beneficial6. Strong communication skills and the ability to teach best practices in CAD & PLM.
