This position is for DPO Experience in evaluating and documenting internal controls, preparing narratives, performing risk assessment and analysis. Experienced in Financial Budgeting, Analysis and Forecasting including expense report preparation. Extensive experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements and system functional specifications including Use Cases, Data and GAP Analysis. Efficient in writing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Non-Functional Requirement Documents (NFRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Use Case Specifications, Functional Specifications and Workflows. Conducted Daily Scrum meetings, Planning Sessions, Backlog updates, User Stories updates, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing. Experience in working with various development teams, testing teams offshore during their work hours. Experience with Agile processes and Scrum ceremonies: managing and facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, mid- sprint reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Experience in managing the evolution of the User Story and other backlog items (includes but not limited to breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, facilitating story refinement sessions).Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Minimum Experience: (4 to 8 years)4 or more years relevant business support andor general analysis experience.Proficient knowledge of project management methodology andor working knowledge of technical software delivery life cycle.
