Job Description A Life Sciences Company is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. This Business Analyst will be supporting the Generative AI Center of Excellence and play a key role in building and managing the centralized solutions portfolio. They will work closely alongside stakeholders across the organization to aggregate and organize information into a cohesive catalog o tools, services, models, and platforms that align with the business goals. The ability to gather insights, optimize processes, and ensure the visibility of generative AI solutions will directly contribute to the innovation and operational success of the CoE.  Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Operations, Value Management, Product Management, Risk Management, Engineering, Innovation and Vendor Management, to gather information on existing tools, platforms, and use cases related to generative AI solutions.  Data Aggregation and Management: Aggregate, organize, and maintain a central repository of information, ensuring it is up-to-date, easily accessible, and properly categorized for discovery by internal teams.  Governance and Documentation: Support to establish governance models, ensuring solutions meet organizational standards for scalability, security, and compliance. Document best practices, frameworks, and reusable components.  Monitoring and Optimization: Develop processes to monitor the effectiveness and usage of the solutions within the portfolio, and work with teams to identify and promote reusable components.  Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business needs and solution gaps, providing insights and recommendations for future portfolio improvements and strategic investments. Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Life Science, Business Administration or related field  3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a technical or solutions-oriented environment  Proven experience in creating and managing enterprise-level information systems or catalogs  Strong skills in stakeholder management, data aggregation and information governance  Experience working with SharePoint to store, organize, share and access information o Experience gathering requirements and creating catalogues in SharePoint  Strong ability to be self-reliant, competent, dynamic and results oriented  Familiarity of technical solutions and/or the software development lifecycle Experience with Jira or Confluence as project management/collaboration tools  Experience with PowerBI  Experience with SharpCloud as a portfolio management tool  Understanding of project management methodologies  Knowledge or experience working with GeneAI platforms or emerging technologies null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
