Your future tasks will be…

 
On a daily basis:
 

Assessing operational metrics, situations, issues and opportunities and escalating when appropriate Liaising with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business Establishing productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain customer relationships Managing cost lines of budget/P&L to maintain spend in line with budgetary limitations Being responsible for the adoption of CC best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service Providing advisory role within specialist area to peer group, customers and if applicable   Participating in and co-ordinate projects relevant to specialist area Managing, developing and implementing performance management solutions Acting in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events risks.

 

We are looking for you if…

 

You have 1-3 years of analytical and technical experience You have experience with reporting, dashboards, Sharepoint, MS Excel, Business processes You have SQL or Power BI knowledge You have good working knowledge of relevant functional systems You are part- qualified in relevant professional qualification You have experience of working in a challenging commercial environment You have experience of developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area You are fluent in English You are open for continuous improvement.
