We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital products that meet business objectives and user needs.
As part of our commitment to flexibility, this position offers a hybrid work environment, based primarily on the European side of Istanbul.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features Prioritize backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions Track key product metrics and use data to guide improvements Assist in the development and implementation of product testing and quality assurance processesRequirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices Ability to translate business requirements into technical language Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Based in or open to working on the European side of Istanbul with a hybrid working model Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in industries such as insurance, e-commerce, or retail is a plus Knowledge of software development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Ability to perform market research and analyze trendsWhat We Offer:
