About the Role
As a Business Analyst at LexisNexis, you will take charge of project execution, manage product features, and suggest innovative solutions for customer requirements. Collaboration with diverse teams, data analysis, and clear communication are essential. This role demands adept problem-solving, meticulousness, and effective task prioritisation. Additionally, you will play a part in enhancing business processes and systems.
This is a permanent full-time role to be based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have a flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Owning one or more product features and leading project execution
Achieving a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges
Gathering, validating, and documenting customer requirements
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Collaborating effectively with the Product Manager and strategic lead for the product
Collaborating effectively with the scrum master, developers, and testers
Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
Describing the potential business benefits of proposed solutions
Requirements
Possess extensive experience as a business analyst/product manager/agile product owner (desired) and have Legal industry background will be preferred.
Be able to work in a B2B environment with various customers and stakeholders
Have previous experience working in a SCRUM environment
Be skilled in user experience (UX) research/validation and user interface (UI) design
Be proficient in API’s and web apps with responsive design
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
Be legally authorized to work in Australia
