This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support the downmarket Account management and retention programs. The Analyst will assist in activities such as reporting and analytics, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management, business analysis and operations.
Business Analysis. Provide analytical support for management to gain insight and drive business planning based on data and statistical methods. Assess and detail key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations
Reporting & Analytics. Actively drive project status reporting, issue identification and risk management
Stakeholder Management. Work closely with sales directors to improve analytical tools. Work synergistically with cross-functional teams – establish relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve achievements. Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global office
Data Presentation. Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics.
Operations. Drive project achievements from concept through project closure
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
1+ years experience in Sales analytics, business process design and/or consulting experience
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Ability to work on large databases and synthesize into useful reports and dashboards
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in using solution systems/tools. High Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with utilizing CRM and business intelligence tools, such as Salesforce and Tableau.
Communication Skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Critical Thinking and Presentation Skills. Ability to assemble, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help counsel decisions. Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level. Ability to motivate change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
Multi-tasking skills. Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks, projects and target date simultaneously
Organization skills and Time Management. Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies
Self-starter
Willing to do Mid-shift 5pm-2am Manila time
Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
