Reporting Analyst for Medicare Business Performance - Business Process Management
Top 3 required skills/experience:
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables while independently working with internal partners.
• Proven ability to understand and utilize reporting system capabilities into educating and proposing innovative analytics to divisional leadership.
• Identify, document and communicate system and process changes necessary to improve system and operational performance measures and reporting.
Required skills/experience:
• Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience required.
• Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.
• Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to frequently communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and analyze.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Preferred skills/experience:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet application
• Customer service background preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
