Responsibilities: * Partner with the Scrum Leader/Squad Leader to understand the goals and the work for each sprint * The Business Analyst will define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects * Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions * Proactively Identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system design * Assist with defining test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support Business Acceptance testing activities * The Business Analyst will perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations * Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new associates * Committed to Agile values, pillars, and priorities to fortify your Agile squad
