Complete Description:
The DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority (DCHBX) seeks a contractor who will provide senior leadership to a large system implementation team.
The contractor will be responsible for overseeing the team, tracking performance towards key project milestones, eliminating barriers to achieving success, and ensuring that a strong communication process exists among the key team leaders.
The contractor will be responsible for overseeing a fast-paced system implementation process under extremely tight deadlines.
The contractor will provide expertise on broad systems implementation and change management processes. The contractor will play a critical role in the establishment of new IT systems and programs for a newly formed public-private District agency.
Experience in newly forming public industries and new entrepreneurial arenas a plus.
