Our client is looking for a true Business Analyst. An understanding of HL7 would be a plus.
Principal Accountabilities:
Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
Works with client business users to analyze and define problems.
Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements to support the requirements throughout project life cycle.
Provides input on and helps define processes, procedures, and new approaches.
Analyzes data and identifies any gaps between data needed and client date provided
Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Documents system test scenarios.
Works with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to determine whether system changes met project specifications.
Creates and reviews system test plans and user acceptance test plans.
Assists with the execution of system test plans.
Creates, reviews, and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials).
Helps develop project plans.
Analyzes test discrepancies to find trends and works with programmers to resolve.
Develops effort estimates for BA activities.
Monitors features implemented in Production for conformance to requirements
