The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing site visits and analyzing/documenting court processes and workflows, recommending simplifications to the processes/workflows and performing high-level systems analysis on a new system.
Complete Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing site visits and analyzing/documenting court processes and workflows for a subset of New Jersey's Family Court case ("docket") types. The analyst will be expected to provide recommendations to modify,consolidate and simplify court processes and workflows. Ultimately, the analyst will perform high-level systems analysis for a new system to mechanize these processes. This will include the creation of mock-ups of the proposed system (including wireframe documentation) and a summaries of the required use cases.
Relevant Experience: 7 plus years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA-certified Business Analyst.
