This position will be part of the Schwab STS Process Excellence organization, supporting Schwab Technology Services in achieving valuable outcomes via continual improvement methodologies and tools. The Process Excellence team provides consultation, ideation and solutions for STS Process Stakeholders, managing the Process Portfolio, utilizing industry best practice frameworks, innovative tools and internal expertise. In addition, this role will support the Technology portfolio intake and elaboration process by developing new opportunity concepts and business cases. Business Systems Analysts are responsible for understanding and translating the needs of key stakeholders into understandable and traceable artifacts. They ensure their deliverables are aligned with needs and requirements, provide advice, and work cross-functionally with the team. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with all levels to holistically lead software delivery teams to create robust solutions to enhance the Rep and Client experience.

You’ll serve as a strong and versatile leader. You will lead work efforts and cross functional project work delivering high quality solutions that meet STS objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment.
You foster a culture of continual improvement, driving effective streamlining and leaning out performance of IT processes. Successful leaders at Charles Schwab communicate well with teams and leaders of the organization, have active listening skills, ask great questions and provide good development feedback.
You will build strong and highly functional partnerships with technology teams and other Process Excellence organizations. You will exercise your expertise in process analysis & improvement, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement and technical skills as you build collaborative relationships across Schwab Technology Services.
**What you have**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and related work experience
+ 8-10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
+ 1-2 years or more of Scheab technology domain experience gained as a current or recent contractor or employee
+ 5+ years’ experience collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, root causes and key performance indicators
+ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
+ Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g. Visio) and data analysis software (e.g. Excel , SQL)
+ Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management frameworks
+ Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication
+ Strong analytical and project management skills
+ Great verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
+ Experience in Financial industry
+ Experience with a scaled agile framework such as SAFe
