Job Summary

A Business Analyst will have a strong background in SQL, Python, and experience working with Snowflake, Power BI, and ETL processes. Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based data solutions is essential. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by transforming raw data into actionable insights

Primary Job Responsibilities 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with a focus on data visualization and analytics (desired). Proven experience with Snowflake and Power BI for data management and visualization, SQL for querying and data manipulation, Python for data analysis and automation, AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Redshift, EC2) and understanding of cloud-based data solutions, ETL processes and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to learning and adopting new tools and technologies. Experience Call Center experience a plus
