Job DescriptionSupport the development of agreed scorecards across sales teams and sourcing regions markets to track performance KPISupport the development of KPI and establish scorecard metricsSupport the design and development of sales reports for key stakeholders summarizing the data and key trends.Provide support to the General Manager & Sales Teams for market data, customer data analysis, commercial partnership (analyze Sales Forecast, AOP, market share data), new program ROI analysisDesign Ad-Hoc reports based on available data / Metrics to support sales initiatives.Assist and Support the Develop of systems and processes to collect, analyze and interpret sales data, leveraging existing data sources and tools. (e.g. Finance Cube, BI Tool, Qlik Sense)Understand the tools and support the analysis to establish and reconcile gaps and errorsSupport the identification of reporting and analysis problems and work with relevant organizations, systems owners and management to resolve. (e.g. Finance, IT)Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes for the sales organizationProvide support for Sales Target formulation and review. In charge of the Sales Target Achievement measurement process ( SIP ) and manage the relevant enquiry.Support ad hoc projects on reviewing, understanding the systems, providing input to improvement the systems so that more detail analysis at program level can be done for Sales Teams

QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred with fluent English capability1-2 years of relevant solid experience in business analysisAbility to present data in logical concise mannerMotivated and results driven to aggressive timelinesExcellent analytical, report writing and verbal communication skillsSkilled in project / process management and meeting facilitationAbility to multitask while delivering high quality resultsAbility to work within an highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforceAdvanced knowledge in MS Office ( Excel, Power point).
