Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as thought leader for technical business processes and workflows, developing forward - thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity Partner with other stakeholder teams across programs to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes Ensure user requirements for new initiatives enable maximum usability Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation Document data flows and business workflows using visualization tools (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations Serve as a liaison between multiple vendors and internal staff

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered) 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity Proven analytical abilities Experience with data analysis and data architecture Experience generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce Experience implementing Contact Center systems such as Genesys Strong working knowledge of relevant Google and Microsoft applications (including Visio); experience with Smartsheet is a plus Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions High proficiency with database management Extensive experience with data visualization Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
