Business Analyst Location: Mumbai & Chennai Shift: 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST Exp: 6 years – 8 years Job Description:- + Good understanding and exposure to JIRA- creating new demands, writing Epic and stories, create workflow specific mapping stories and documents, updating existing JIRA stories, + Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with Developers and Mapping teams and appropriately update JIRA status for existing asks + Communicate with respective stakeholders for new requests, document their requirements accurately + Be able to create workflow using Visio + Test workflow in BUAT, support prod release testing, seeking business sign off etc
