Complete Description:
The District will be utilizing ITSA resources throughout the requirements gathering, design, and implementation of the DC Access System. This request is for one resource that will be used by the Department of Human Services during implementation phase of the project. The aforementioned resource will work primarily with the business process flows for Medicaid as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to generate a requirements document that will be used in the procurement of a system integration vendor. The District may require further augmentation of staff during the build and test phases of the project to ensure transition from the legacy Automated Client Eligibility Determination System (ACEDS) is successful. These phases are scheduled to take place in FY14 and FY15.
