A highly organized and analytical Business Analyst / Process Analyst is needed to support the VITA implementation of a vendor based Contract Management Solution (CMS) and an in-house developed Supplier Reporting System (SRS).

A highly organized and analytical Business Analyst / Process Analyst is needed to support the VITA implementation of a vendor based Contract Management Solution (CMS) and an in-house developed Supplier Reporting System (SRS). This individual will support project delivery and incorporating the implemented solutions into ongoing operations.

 

Candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal direction.

 

Responsibilities:

•          Support the CMS and SRS implementation by working with VITA end users, technical staff and vendor.

•          Ensure the development and delivery of project deliverables per plan. Ensure the successful transition from project implementation to operations

•          Facilitate sessions to analyze workflows and define requirements

•          Document business processes, workflows and requirements

•          Provide user guidance and training as needed to support operational activities after project implementation

•          Identify project-related issues, risks and solutions

•          Provide regular updates including project accomplishments, issues and next steps

•          Support the implementation of an in-house developed Supplier Reporting System (SRS) which is dependent on data from the CMS. SRS is in the testing phase while the CMS project schedule is under review.
