Pay Rate: $75 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst to their team for an initial 6-month contract. This role is twice a week in office in Toronto.
The current project will have the successful candidate leading the project work stream for a technical implementation. This project would oversee the change implementation for the Capital Markets Regulatory program. Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business functions to ensure technology solutions align with business strategies and objectives. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business units, documenting detailed findings and specifications for project implementation. Utilize informed knowledge of business functions to identify and address problems, as well as capitalize on improvement opportunities within projects. Prepare and deliver regular status reports on work stream progress to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals. Develop presentations to communicate project updates, milestones, and achievements effectively to stakeholders and project teams. Proactively identify and raise risks, issues, and areas of concern related to the project, working towards timely resolution and mitigation strategies. Must-Have Skills: 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst 5 years experience working in a Capital Markets environment Prior experience with Data/Process mapping Prior experience with Postman, Fenergo, and or Droit Strong familiarity with PowerBI and SharePoint Nice to have skills: Prior experience working on a Regulatory Implementation project.
