Pay Rate: $65 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst in their capital markets team for an initial 6-month contract. This role is once a week in office in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities Include: Working sessions with business, technology, and operations SMEs to understand and document system/process flows. Manage the deliverables to meet target timelines. Manage agile delivery board for tracking deliverables. Assemble PowerPoint slides for executive and peer presentation. Design stimulation exercises for resiliency activities. Identify process assistance gaps and collaborate with SMEs for enhancement options. Collaborate with developers, architects, operation managers, and business product owners/managers to come up with solutions. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a BA within FI. 3+ years of experience within Capital Markets (strong knowledge of payment product Wires, ACH, EFT or International Money Transfer). Strong operational knowledge on payment processing protocol. Strong Proficiency with MS Visio and PPT. Experience working with Jira/Confluence. BA experience at top 5 Banks in Canada. Experience in development or infrastructure operation areas.
