Pay Rate: $50 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst on a 12-month contract role with a strong possibility of extension. This position is twice a month in office.
You will be responsible for the following duties: Lead and instill a customer-focused culture within the team to enhance client relationships and leverage broader Bank resources, systems, and knowledge Act as the Product Owner for approved financial planning software, overseeing updates and regular maintenance. Liaise with Product Owners and development teams, collaborating with field support teams to transfer business knowledge and ensure seamless implementation. Develop, implement, and manage national training programs for Client Solutions. Build a high-performance environment within the team. Implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates team members. Serve as a subject matter expert for various platforms, leading the development of user support. Drive ongoing enhancements and development of digital solutions to support Total Wealth Planning engagements. Qualifications: 8+ years with Financial Planning. Prior Business Analyst experience. 3-5 years experience planning for high-net-worth clients. CFP designation acquired through FP Canada. Nice-To-Have Skills: Experience with Step, CLU and/or Salesforce. Experience with Conquest Planning.
