Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Business Analyst who will support ongoing efforts by managing workflows, creating test cases, collaborating with UX teams, and ensuring alignment with transformation objectives. Responsibilities: * Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and functional leads to document requirements and processes * Read, interpret, and communicate workflow/process flow diagrams * Collaborate with UX teams to create mockups using Figma * Support manual testing processes and assist test automation teams with Tosca integration * Track and manage tasks using Azure DevOps (ADO)
