Key Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will link our information technology capacity and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks for multiple Crew Operations Support systems. The primary goal is to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations by enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing and designing business processes, and performing needs assessments in collaboration with the project team. This role demands an understanding of both the business and the technology to facilitate communication and enable the design of solutions that meet and exceed our business needs.

Business Process Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify efficiency gains and areas for improvement.

Map out current and future state processes, providing a clear vision for potential enhancements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Gather and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business performance.

Requirements Gathering and Solution Development:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into detailed requirements.

Design and propose business solutions that align with strategic objectives and improve operations

Project Management:

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

Stakeholder Communication and Presentation:

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners to align on business goals and initiatives.

Prepare and deliver presentations that summarize findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Facilitate collaboration between business units, technology, and support teams to ensure cohesive efforts and successful outcomes.

Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and cooperation.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively seek out opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the business.

Implement best practices and stay abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
