Pay Rate: $55 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst to their team for an initial 3 months of contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid, 1 day a week in office in Toronto.
 
Responsibilities Include: Facilitate the gathering of information related to data dictionary. Collaborate with project teams (BAs/Technology) to determine missing information and address inquiries. Conduct research through historical documents to address questions and provide insights. Meet with Subject Matter Experts/Product Owners to gather information and address inquiries. Document findings and enter them into the data dictionary. Review entries with Data Owners to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Must Haves: 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst role leading projects and developing business requirement documents. Strong documentation skills with the ability to elicit requirements from multiple stakeholders and write comprehensive documentation. Previous experience analyzing and understanding data, as well as expertise in conducting gap analysis. Proficiency with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience in stakeholder management. Nice to Have: Prior commercial banking experience.
