Kforce has a client in Souderton, PA that is seeking a Business Analyst. Responsibilities: * Review project scope and vision with project sponsors * Elicit, evaluate, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, subject matter experts and/or end users * Interpret customer requirements into feasible options and communicates these back to the business stakeholders * Partner with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements * Create process models, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team * Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle * Fill backlogs, drive refinement meetings, and help prioritize stories based on the project scope and requirements * Drive system/unit testing and process change requests, coordinate, and document user acceptance testing (UAT) * Assist end-users by troubleshooting issues directed to the Support Desk * Work with System Admins to analyze issues and trends, define solutions for system issues, implement additional/new procedures, and provide more efficient business practices
