You Are:

The Business Analyst analyses the business needs of a client or project under some supervision; carry out Business Analysis tasks with support from Senior BAs/Senior stakeholders in the team.

 

The opportunity:

·       Define business needs with support of others.

·       Assist Leads to create software requirements artefacts and deliverables.

·       Plan stakeholder meetings when an issue arises and on an as needed basis.

·       Plan traceability and requirements reuse approaches based on what has been developed by others.

·       Identify and develop performance improvement plans for simple challenges with guidance.

·       Validate information with stakeholders with guidance from others.

·       Evaluate the impact of proposed changes to requirements/designs.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.

·       Experience with Excel, Jira and Confluence. 

·       Oracle (OCM) is a plus.

·       Intermediate English desirable.
