**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the Direct Selling system. This position will be full-time and onsite **.**
**What You'll Do**
+ Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the Direct Selling system, ensuring all needs are understood and addressed.
+ System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization in distributor payouts and commission structures.
+ Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in the payout calculations, including distributor performance metrics and sales data.
+ User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute UAT plans, ensuring that new systems and updates meet business requirements and function as intended.
+ Technical Liaison: Work closely with IT developers and project managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.
+ Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
+ Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the Direct Selling system and related processes, ensuring smooth adoption and efficient use.
+ Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and payout processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise to ensure a seamless experience for distributors.
**What You'll Need**
Required
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
+ Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Direct Selling, or e-commerce sectors.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies; familiarity with Direct Selling software systems is highly desirable.
Preferred
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically in Mandarin, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
+ •Project Management: Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
