Job Description Develop and write Workday reports   Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver high-quality reports.   Assist the internal team in improving their Workday report writing skills by sharing best practices and guidance.   Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports as needed.   Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports. Skills and Requirements 2-3 years of experience with workday- report writing, especially with complex reports.   Understanding of Workday data structures/reporting tools including calculated fields. (Proof of Workday training required)   Understanding of budgeting, payroll, and finance   Experience with Data visualization tools (power BI or tableau)   Experience on the business and technical side (Will need to be able to speak to clients and present information/data) Data validation and ensuring data accuracy in reporting.
