Job Description A customer is seeking a Business Analyst. - elicit requirements for an RFP and create the bid package documentation - an implementation of a new Consolidated Utilities Billing system - Act as principal liaison for business stakeholders and as a key point-of-contact to Technology Services, internal/external agencies, and vendors on their behalf - Partner with business stakeholders to identify problems/opportunities, assist in developing these into project/initiatives - Prioritize and complete project backlog requests - Lead and organize UAT coordination with the end user team We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 5 years of BA experience - Experience gathering requirements for, authoring, and coordinating responses with RFP documentation, as well as ensuring SOW documentation is completed accurately - Managing process analysis and improvement activities which impact multiple teams/departments - Functional BA experience - Identifying, recommending, and delivering recommendations which improve enterprise-wide systems - Performing technical process evaluation, analysis, along with recommending fixes for complex and highly integrated technology software system environments - Creating process and system diagrams for current and future system and process documentation null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
