Job Description:
Bp is seeking a Business Analyst to join our IGI Resources team! IGI Resources is a natural gas and power trading and transportation company (a bp subsidiary) located in Boise, Idaho. IGI is a customer focused business where the highest quality and hassle-free customer service is expected to be delivered all customers.
The Business Analyst will partner closely with the customer balancing team, gas scheduling team, marketing and origination team and certain functional groups including contracts, confirmations, settlements and deal entry specialists. This role reports to the Customer Balancing Manager.
You will be responsible for entering deal details into the system of record each month which must be accomplished within prescribed time limits. Directly connected with deal entry will be understanding and reviewing the related transaction confirmations generated before they are sent to the customer. Month end accounting activity will include work arounds and updating the ENDUR system to deliver accurate and timely invoices to the customer.
