Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, KYC

In this role you will be responsible for conducting quality check on end to end KYC reviews for UK based bank for different type of entities. You will also work extensively with functional leaders in the Financial Crime Risk Service line and support functions to maintain quality of the highest standard.

You should be Detail oriented and have shown delivery of high quality output with strong focus on fulfilling customer needs and requirements

Able to balance change with ability to adjust to changes in systems process readily and are Resilient i.e. balance pressure from a variety of factors and situations.

Responsibilities

In KYC team, will be responsible for

Extensive knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) KYC onboarding and periodic reviews of entities is required.Candidates must be familiar with various entity types, including Private, LLP, LP, Trusts, and Funds.Experience with screening processes would be considered an added advantage.Ownership of and contribution to various high priority projects, working with hands on approach to ensure successful completion.Able to identify red flags and judge the need for issues.Able to meet timelines and turn around completed cases to meet service level agreements without compromising on quality.Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments.Ability to act swiftly and work in a evolving digital environment.Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine legitimacy of customer behavior across multiple products.Assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement.Seek routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelinesQualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

B. Com Or any other equivalent Graduate degreePreferred skillsPrior-experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industryProficient in written and verbal English interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of MS Office.Ability to type between 40-60 words per minute with more than 90% accuracy.
