Conduct business and user requirement analysis. Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution. Write Functional Specification Doc (FSD), design Database Schema, create flowchart, business process flow diagram, application's UI mockup, design reports and testing scenario. Coordinate with business users and programmer team in software development project. Communicate with business users, explain the impact of any change and train them in the use of new applications. Test applications based on testing scenario.
