The Role\: Business Analyst

The analyst will fulfill standard data requests including\: data validation, data quality reporting, data cleanup, data architecture, and facilitating data process improvements. The analyst may also build and/or maintain dashboards & data visualizations in support of business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-oriented Data analyst to own, define, build and maintain dashboards that will measure the success and drive the day-to-day behavior of the business. In this role, you will work with Scrum Masters, ETL developers, Tableau developers and others. Your role requires;

·  Solving key business problems through using appropriate mix of strategic thinking and computational methods using Tableau and/or Python and other statistical tools

·  Build and maintain dashboards from scratch as well as repair / enhance existing ones

·  Assist in data validation/data quality checks and work through the resolution of any issues found

·  Provide actionable insights to inform decisions and strategies through visualizations (enable cross function/geographical visibility for business metrics across multiple business lines, show trends, correlation etc.)

·  Develop and uphold best practices with respect to change management, documentation and data protocols

·  Perform and drive internal analytics to continuously refine how we operate.
