Pay Rate: $40 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst to their team for an initial 4 month contract with the possibility of extension. This role is currently hybrid, 2 days a week in office in Toronto.

Responsibilities Include:

Use the Product Centric Model to assist with data ingestion related to the digitalization initiative Assist with the onboarding of new data, as well as data consolidation, data centralization, and data quality framework for existing processes Identify opportunities and work with Technology to reduce operational cost and embrace modern technology Ensure the requirements and specifications are complete and ready for the Agile development work, validating the result, and performing testing Assist with the testing (SIT and UAT)

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in SQL, Python, and Excel Financial industry experience, familiar with financial products and capital markets source product systems Post secondary education in either computer science, engineering, or data science CFA Level 1 or 2 and/or FRM considered and asset
