Purpose :
This position plays a key role as a member of the Finance Systems Functional Support team
Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for providing functional customer support for the PeopleSoft Financials General
Ledger module. The role is responsible for the coordination of the PeopleSoft ERP ChartField Change
Request process across all business segments within Chubb. The individual in this position is charged
with performing the data maintenance function for GL related components, including but not limited to,
chart-field configuration, tree maintenance, and report construction, query development, and other
online configuration/maintenance. Additionally, this role is responsible for the configuration of PS
Eliminations, revaluation, and translations as well as any associated analysis and review.
Daily/weekly responsibilities of this position also include the execution, review, and validation of various
analytical reports and queries established to monitor various systems activity. Further, this position is
responsible for the coordination and documentation of key control activities that surround the monthly
close process. Lastly, this position will assist in various monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc analysis and
reporting projects as they arise.

Skills needed:
Knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 financials application with experience in GL configuration
