This person will: Work cross-functionally with teams domestically as well as working with teams in Brazil and other countries off-shore. Work thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document the current processes, create requirements for new processes, develop use cases/stories, and manage requirement changes. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience developing requirements pulled from previous documentation and creating process flows, developing report requirements, partnering with team to preform data analysis and clean up, as well as business process documentation. Experience working on finance or payroll projects Experience supporting projects leveraging third-party solutions. Strong analytical acumen, collaboration skills, oral and written communication, and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with all levels of stakeholders.
