**Responsibilities:** + Responsible for managing requirements and all activities for a specific IQVIA product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, ensuring quality standards are met and that the product/s support the company’s overall strategy and goals + Specializes in assessing and understanding the market, defining product strategy, vision, and overall roadmap prioritization and planning. + Details the product specs, prioritizes and translates requirements to story points, and manages engineering backlog. + Manages engineering, technical, and procurement activities related to planning, executing, supervising, control of technical, operational, financial, budgeting, and contractual commitments. + Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
