Our client, a leader in the corrections industry, is seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant IV to join their team. As a Business Analyst/Consultant IV, you will be part of the Division of Management Services supporting the Health and Behavior Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Business Analyst/Consultant IV
**Location:** Madison, WI (On-site for onboarding, then 100% remote for Wisconsin residents)
**Pay Range:** $45- $48/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
+ Implement, maintain, and configure projects related to the support of the Department of Corrections' Health and Behavior Solutions team.
+ Communicate EHR software configurations with external and internal stakeholders.
+ Identify process improvements and optimizations in collaboration with external stakeholders.
+ Execute builds and tests required for effective EHR optimizations and reporting.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3+ years experience in maintaining and managing vendor EHR software, including testing and configurations.
+ Proven ability to engage users to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
+ Good understanding of Provider, Pharmacy, and Nursing workflows in EHR systems.
+ Experience in Agile environments and System Development Life Cycle.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills to work with cross-functional teams.
